Official Rules — The $4,997 Marketing Launchpad

The prize — one (1) Marketing Launchpad, total value not to exceed $4,997. The selected business receives: (1) a lead-generation website built and hosted by Sponsor, operated free for 30 days from launch; the site remains Sponsor's property and continued use after the free period is available at Sponsor's published rate ($249/mo, cancel anytime); Sponsor does not access or modify the winner's existing website (value $997). (2) A Brand & Growth Session: one 60-minute consultation producing a written brand standards document and growth-plan overview (value $497). (3) A custom giveaway campaign designed, built, and run for the winner's business over 30 days, including entry page, lead capture with proper email/SMS consent, and a follow-up email sequence; all leads captured belong to the winner (value $2,500). (4) A 30-day social content program: content calendar, content direction guides, and scheduled posting to the winner's social pages, conditional on winner cooperation per Winner Obligations below (value $997). Eligibility. Open to local businesses of any type that operate from a single location or single service area in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Lake, Marion, Volusia, or Brevard County, Florida; have been in operation at least 6 months; and are represented by an owner or authorized officer aged 18 or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Sponsor are ineligible. One application per business. No purchase necessary. Applying is free.

How to apply. Complete the application on this page between August 15, 2026, 9:00 AM ET and September 15, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Winner selection. Applications are scored by Sponsor on: (1) fit between the business's services and the prize deliverables; (2) readiness to participate (photo availability, response capacity); (3) potential for the business to benefit measurably. Highest composite score wins. Sponsor's scoring is final. Winner is notified by phone and email by September 18, 2026; if unreachable or ineligible after 5 business days, the next-highest scorer is selected.

Winner obligations. The social content program (item 4) requires the winner to (a) provide usable photos of their work via Sponsor's upload portal within 7 days of the kickoff session and (b) respond to content approval requests within 48 hours. If these are not met, item 4 only is forfeited; items 1–3 are delivered regardless. Winner agrees that campaign results (with business name) may be used in Sponsor's marketing; a written case study is part of the engagement.

General. Void where prohibited. Applicant data is used per Sponsor's privacy practices; applying opts you into Sponsor's email updates (unsubscribe anytime); SMS is sent only with separate express consent. Sponsor may cancel or modify the promotion for circumstances beyond its control, awarding the prize among valid applications received. Florida law governs.
